• most items are pre-order unless available on website
• Orders are placed Fridays only
• Payment must be paid in full by Friday at 6 PM to catch that weeks shipment
• Unpaid items move to the following week (once paid)

📦 Shipping Process
• Items are sourced internationally ✈️ (please be patient)
• 3–9 days processing before shipping to me
• 2–3 weeks to arrive to me after processing
• All items come to me first for a quality check 🤍
• Then shipped to you from me (3-10 days) or available for local pickup/meet

🔍 Quality & Refunds
• Inspired pieces — may not be 100% exact
• Small flaws are normal
• No refunds unless item is completely damaged
• If damaged & you still want it:
– Replacement OR
– Half store credit
